Genelec delivers boost for Eurovision songwriting at Berlin Song Fest
The vibrant event is a professional songwriting camp organised on a regular basis by full-service production house The Woods Norway to help music talents write future hits – with a focus on Eurovision. The camp already boasts 40-plus entries to Eurovision’s international and national finals and shows no signs of slowing down. With over 100 creatives gathering to write – alongside industry experts and high-profile partners – Berlin Song Fest is a powerhouse platform for songwriters, and it’s open for anyone to apply for.
The Woods Norway Co-Founder Carl-Henrik Wahl explains that the goal of their song writing camps is simply “to make great songs and to connect people across countries and cultures, and to see what magic can be done when we combine all these influences into one lovely melting pot.” This inclusive philosophy blends perfectly with Genelec's commitment to support young talent, diversity and unity in music communities globally.
The 4th edition of Berlin Song Fest, which happened in spring 2026, marked the first in partnership with Genelec. Eric Horstmann, Genelec Regional Business Manager, comments, “Songwriting camps are very interesting for us to support.
